A useful message, at a sensible time
Keep the invitation short, make your business recognisable and ask for honest feedback. Do not ask for a particular rating or reserve invitations for customers who have already said they are happy. Our Google review-request guide includes wording and a measurement approach.
What you can measure
Track invitations delivered, link clicks and new reviews separately. Clicks do not prove a review was submitted, and not every public review necessarily came from a request. Use your own observed participation rate in our review calculator to compare request allowances.
